Mariano Peinado’s signed historical article expressly authorizes copying and distribution: “tienen nuestra autorización para copiarlo y difundirlo”. This is an embedded captioned figure in that article, not an unrelated pedigree image. PITVU relies on that publisher-author authorization for the article and its embedded figure; no separate exclusion was found for this figure. The underlying historical photographer and first publication are unknown, and the publisher’s complete rights chain is not independently authenticated.
