A PITVU entry is NOT formal ADBA/AKC certification. PITVU is not affiliated with these authorities. A registration claim records what was submitted; independent review separately records the evidence examined and the reviewer’s decision.

Missing parents stay blank. Accepted ancestry must be independently reviewed. Disputed parentage is suspended from the pedigree until the dispute is resolved and the claim reviewed again. No fighting performance scores or untested genetic coefficients are provided.

Account email addresses are private. Owner display names and dog profiles have separate visibility controls. Evidence uploads remain in private storage and are accessible only to their uploader and moderators. Ownership transfer does not grant access to the previous owner’s documents. Changing visibility cannot recall information someone has already seen.

Submissions, review decisions, and disputes retain their original provenance. Corrections add a new record instead of silently rewriting the old one. Audit events are linked with hashes; independent retention and backup safeguards remain deployment requirements.

Dogfighting promotion, fight performance rankings, animal abuse, and facilitation of illegal activity are prohibited. Submit only information and documents you have the right to share. Do not import competitors’ records or copyrighted collections without permission. Use the dispute control on an entry to report concerns.
