Contexto histórico

Tudor’s Dibo es el macho buckskin cuyo nacimiento se sitúa el 21 de marzo de 1951 en Phoenix, de Bounce y Bambi. Peinado relata el nombre Dumbo y el paso del patio de Howard Heinzl a Earl Tudor; también se conserva Runt como nombre publicado. GameDogs da 1960 como año de muerte, color fawn y 19.96 kg (44 lb) de pit weight. FIAPBT clasifica por separado 44 lb como chain weight. Las categorías y las atribuciones Smith/Heinzl se mantienen diferenciadas por fuente. El recuerdo de Richard Stratton publicado en2019 da la pronunciación DIE-bo y repite el nombre Dumbo. Según él, Heinzl le contó que Bambi había sido vendida a un hombre de apellido Smith y cubierta en casa de Hubbard. Difiere de la versión de Peinado que sitúa la monta en el criadero de Heinzl; las versiones de custodia y lugar se mantienen separadas, sin deducir las iniciales del criador solo del apellido. Canine Heritage nombra a Heinzl’s Arizona Pete y Langham’s Lil como hermanos de camada de Dibo, sin aportar registros de camada ni fechas de nacimiento.
