Fotografía atribuida — identidad no confirmada de forma concluyente

Photograph attributed to Hubbard's Gimp; historical photographer unknown. Captioned figure in Mariano Peinado’s signed Dibo article (1999), FIAPBT. Complete available source frame retained; PITVU WebP derivatives without enlargement, cropping, retouching or watermark removal.

Fuente de la fotografía · Base de reutilización

The signed article explicitly captions this figure and links FIAPBT173, matching existing PITVU01M5885XHVJTAD34ENNF4AR5MJ. Original embedded image and linked caption inspected together; different Hubbard/Corvino Gimp identities remain distinct. This is attributed historical imagery, not conclusive photographic authentication. Exposure date and earliest publication are unestablished.

The public search-service extract of Mariano Peinado’s signed Dibo article records his authorization to copy the report (reported crawl two months before this review). PITVU relies on that documented article-specific publisher authorization for this exact captioned figure. The current directly retrieved origin HTML retains the figure and caption but omits the authorization paragraph; no explicit revocation or figure-specific restriction was observed. Both versions and this limitation are retained; the extraction is not represented as current origin HTML. The original photographer, earliest publication and complete underlying historical rights chain remain unestablished, not independently certified. No public-domain or Creative Commons claim, no blanket permission for other galleries/database images, and no use of the Alligator exception.

The selected JPEG is embedded in Mariano Peinado’s historical Dibo report immediately before the caption Tudor’s DIBO, after the separate Corvino’s Shorty figure. The page discusses the1951dog associated with Heinzl, Smith, Hubbard’s Bounce and Heinzl’s Bambi, matching the existing PITVU identity. Its original photographer, exposure date and primary photographic caption have not been established. Attribution is plausible from the explicit historical caption, not conclusively authenticated; shown as an attributed photograph, not counted as established. Other nearby pictures explicitly depict CrazyJoe, ArizonaPete, Gimp and BlackWidow and are not substituted.

The publisher-author authorizes copying and distribution of La Leyenda, which embeds the same standing Dibo photograph. PITVU relies on that article-specific declaration. The retained historiadibo page supplies the current JPEG, but its snapshot does not contain the quoted permission. The photograph, original hash, credits and uncertainty are retained. The underlying photographer, earliest publication and complete historical rights chain are not independently established; no blanket permission, public-domain or Creative Commons licence is claimed.
