Hobb’s Tuffy es la hembra de FIAPBT 400, que nombra a J. Hobbs como criador y propietario histórico. La ficha describe negro con pecho blanco y cita a Patrick’s Commander Whitehead y Hobb’s Slick como padres. La ficha 401 sitúa a Tuffy con Chinaman como padres de China Girl, conectando al individuo con la familia materna publicada de Frisco. El identificador distingue esta Tuffy de otros nombres parecidos. El mismo recuerdo dice que Dennis llamó a Tuffy como su abuela materna, Patrick’s Tuffy, y que el narrador la obtuvo después mediante un intercambio, con unos cuatro meses. También relata su muerte tres días después de una camada posterior. La reproducción no identifica al narrador original; son recuerdos, no fechas de calendario establecidas.
